What others have said . . .
"The most amazing part of camp was watching God do His work in spite of, and sometimes even through, my weaknesses. He did great things tailored specifically for each different group of campers that he brought into my life. What a blessing to watch unfold all the things that He had in store for each specific camper!"
Kati Hultman, Huntington College
"Counseling at Somerset taught me more about the myself than any of my previous jobs. In my interaction with campers at Somerset I witnessed the power of the Holy Spirit moving in kids lives, encouraging them and equipping them to overcome the many struggles and temptations they face today. Seeing a camper light up after they have committed their life to Christ is an unforgettable memory"
Ryan Hurley, Malone College
"Somerset Beach Campground: The only place you’ll love ‘spinach’, voluntarily throw yourself down on a 100 ft slip-n-slide, and publicly perform praise songs "cowboy style!" Every week making crazy fun, building intense bonds and sending God’s children back to their lives to let Him work out the details. The rewards are ETERNAL! Really."
Tiffany Rowe, Greenville College
"The opportunities I had to witness kids growing in Christ was amazing. But, what impacted me the most was the lasting friendships I made, the spiritual growth that occurred, and the challenges I faced."
Renee Ellsworth, Anderson University
"While being a counselor is hard work, it is worth it. Being able to help children in their growing faith in God is a wonderful experience. "
